Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kutub Khana Imdad-ul-Ghurba. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will work quickly to fix the problem.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item first and place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some extra time for your bank or card company to complete the refund.
If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
